The Process Engineer works effectively with all levels of production workforce manufacturing management to troubleshoot problems and implement changes quickly and efficiently. Designs and implements systems and equipment procedures used manufacturing facilities. Main duties include testing and monitoring equipment, updating current system processes and conducting risk assessments.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements and workflow
Design layout of equipment, workspace and mechanical fixtures, jigs, etc. for maximum efficiency and safety as part of Lean Mfg. Program
Design and implement new processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Conduct research and tests on product designs and manufacturing processes.
Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures.
Train staff on new processes, providing guidance and feedback.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations.
Prepare reports and present results to management and other stakeholders.
Estimate production times, staffing requirements and related costs to provide information for management decisions
Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production
Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes
Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
Develop Quality difinitions and requirements.

EDUCATIONEXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in Engineering Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical and manufacturing environment
Experience with software systems used to monitor manufacturing work flow
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Proficiency in all officebusiness software Outlook, Excel, Word, ADOBE software, etc.
Knowledge of time studies and statistical methods and Printing process.
